The weather is grinding me down pretty badly.

Doesn't help that I'm running on half the usual amount of antihistamines. Because I need to refill prescriptions. And I don't want to go to the pharmacy. Because it's so hot and still and dusty outside.

I have the most legendary headache.

Dust mask. You can get those in the pharmacy is you don't have one already.

And if you don't have at home - take a thin scarf, tie around head so that it covers nose and mouth, and out you go.

And yeah, am I with you on the sheer misery from this weather. Aside from nasty effect on my lungs, I can't fucking deal with food. Eathing takes too much energy and everything makes me sick. yuck.

My local pharmacy was completely out of face masks. Fortunately I have a fine scarf that suited.
