Potatoes for Passover

This being my last week of organic chemistry, my schedule is a lot more free than I'm used to. I had one class today. Not that I don't have a million errands, because I do.... Actually, I should get on that.
I am debating whether or not to volunteer to make potatoes for the Seder. I want to make something more interesting than ordinary mashed potatoes, even though they do come out yummy when I put in liberal amounts of rosemary and a little bit of thyme. It's hard to find a good recipe, though. Or maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places. My internet-cooking-site fu is apparently not up-to-par.
I need to get allergy tests. My eyes are blurry all the time.
