Roxie and Shirley Lin. Roxie had a baby with Jon Lessen, named Talia. Talia married Dmitri Ivanov, son of Yuri and Nadine. That was the last of the pre-made families. They didn't procreate on their own and the Lin family is their sole legacy. Talia and Dmitri had Ursula and Vartan. Ursula had a girlfriend named Brandi (edit: Brandie Rios), but never married or had kids. Vartan married Tanya Baldwin, daughter of Rashad and Kenya (game-generated townies). They had Wyatt and Xanthe.
Then I installed AwesomeMod story progression.
Wyatt married high school sweetheart Martina Estrany, daughter of Alba, one of the families I created to populate the neighborhood. They had three kids, Graham, Asa and Trinity, all boys.
Xanthe flirted around and eventually married an NPC maid, Loren Michaud (?). They had three kids, Yolanda, Zeus and Alex.
Note: Jane Estrany and Janie Fairchild are sisters of the Bain family.
