I've been playing Galaxy Princess Zorana on both desktop and laptop, so I've managed about 5-6 complete(-ish) games, with another one in progress. At some point, I started keeping lists and tables of the various Electors and how to win their votes.

Since there's not yet a wiki (the full game isn't out yet, just the beta), I figured I might as well share my findings.

I'm posting this tonight, although it's incomplete, so that I can revise it later with updated info. I'd rather do that than try to rush through every planet, trying every possible combination of logothetes.

Electors organized by sector/planet:

Myrkka I

Ethexae - the High Pontifex, you can win her over through her quest, which allows you to use her as an advisor, providing 75 points of spirituality.

Ixil - making a marriage alliance through her daughter, Phaere, might be the cleanest way to get her vote. Her stats are rubbish, so she makes an especially lousy advisor.

Krovos - this strange child has a suitably strange quest if you attempt to negotiate with him. I've yet to complete it, but even just talking to him about it warns that recruiting him probably conflicts with Ethexae's good opinion. Attempting to recruit him as a logothete will reveal more about this.

Lukomir - as Zorana's rival, he's obviously the most important, but he's automatically hostile from your first meeting. If there's a way to negotiate with him or make him an advisor, I sure haven't found it. Even if it existed, it would probably have a million preconditions.

Milan - if you can manage to negotiate with him early, before he turns hostile, he'll offer a personal quest to best him in some physical challenge. You can recruit him as a logothete, and he'll gladly accept any position, but his stats are middling. Better than Ixil, though, which is embarrassing. He's also technically single, which I think might qualify him for a marriage alliance.

Vahter - with high enough regard, Vahter offers unconditional support. However, he also makes a decent External Curator, offering 50 points in galactic relations, a fairly rare stat.

Zolot - he's negatively inclined but does offer a personal quest, if you catch him on time. When I offer him a logothete position, however, he usually refuses flatly. Blackmail may indeed be the best option with him.

The Myrkka I electors are often among the first to pledge to a competitor if you don't secure them early. This can also happen if you've negotiated to receive a quest, but haven't performed it yet.

Myrkka II

Mirelle - she's a doll and makes a valid Logothete of Law, although not the best option available. Otherwise, she's easy to please and gives a pretty sweet and simple quest.

Mau

Erilotti - will accept an offer to become Lord Chancellor (with fair stats), though I've never convinced her to take any other position.

Tulitust - he's pretty easy-going and will often offer unconditional allegiance.

Tharkas I

Oberod - I've acquired his quest, but I've yet to complete it. He does not make a valid logothete, his stats are pretty crap.

Ozara - best Logothete of Commerce in the game (that I've found).

Rejt - best Logothete of Law, better than Mirelle, and he gives one social lesson worth 10 points of music.

Tharkas II

Lorkas - a valid Logothete of Science, but not the best in the game. Depending on strategy, it may be worth taking her on, anyway, since her stats are high enough to give your ship a speed boost. Digging back through the files from my early games, it looks like she's the best Logothete of Culture in the game.

Oletko -

Tharkas III

Heru I

One Bite - starts off fairly negative towards Zorana, and his personal quest is intricate and difficult, relying on several skills that are not otherwise very rewarding. It makes a fairly decent Lord Chancellor, and appointing a Heru to that position is an intriguingly bold maneuver.

Three Rocks Nestled - courting this eccentric elector entails passing a quest that checks against an equally eccentric range of skills, some of them redundant, others not. It's a fun little quest. Certainly, it does not make a very promising logothete, not even for media.

Heru II

Chapadoc -

Khdarr - she is fairly negative, to start, but she makes a good Lord Chancellor, if you manage to persuade her correctly.

Starlight Needle and Robe of Ice -

Heru III

Branekka - she has a son that Zorana knows slightly, Wendell. She'll accept any cabinet position you have open, but the only one she's decent at is culture/media.

Radomil - more dangerous than he looks. If you don't do his quest, he fairly quickly swears to Lukomir. At least, that's been the case in most of my games. It's helpful to meet him after doing Ethexae's quest, because of the Starfall connection. He initially refuses a cabinet position, but there are skill checks for persuasion.

Eve - she wants grandchildren. Her first meeting is affected by Zorana's mood. Her son, Fire, is friendly but disengaged. I've yet to carry through the engagement, so I don't know how it plays out in the epilogue. She'll refuse a position, but it improves her disposition to ask.

Heru IV

Grojdana - she's fairly positively inclined, to start with. She's also the best Chancellor in the game, worth making an effort for. While there are others that can give you an extra social action, she's the only one that gives a full 75 points. If you can't get her as Chancellor, she's a fair choice for commerce or law, at 50 points each. Very well-rounded woman.

Jade - somewhat positive, at least in most of the game I've played. As a logothete, she's perfectly adequate for commerce, giving 55 points. I haven't checked science yet, but the other positions are a wash.

Rippling Eternity - it's neutral and slightly difficult to impress. It flatly refuses a cabinet position because it doesn't want to leave Rihlat. If there's a way to persuade it, I haven't found one.

Draug

Sinniparrt - his personal quest is quite difficult, although made easier if you have the right advisors.

Stoyan - the best Logothete of Science, better than Lorkas. Recruit him as early as possible.

Unaffiliated

By default, Korundi is assigned as the Imperial Thresher. She gives 75 points in intrigue. There might be a way to replace/challenge her, but I've yet to encounter it.

Admiral Yakau is probably the only military advisor in the game. You have to chase him down to acquire his quest, and then again to complete it. It's very possible to alienate him so badly that he won't talk to you, which is a potentially lethal condition.

Kzenia and Vasily arrive in turn 4, and if you want them as advisors, you have to recruit them immediately. It unlocks a handful of extra scenes each, especially if you select the crush option. Otherwise, they just make perfectly decent early-game advisors (galactic relations for Kzenia, media for Vasily), as well as offering one free 10-point skill lesson each. And they're cute. Neither of them reacts badly when/if you're ready to dismiss them as logothetes. If anything, Vasily is openly relieved.

Updated 10/10/25 with some more electors and values for logothete skills.
