Hottest day of the year

This afternoon, I was so tired, and I couldn't tell whether it was the heat, or if my Ritalin had worn off (since I'd had an early morning). I lay down to read and rest a little, thinking maybe I could catch an hour or so of sleep. I think I slept almost four hours, total?

Anyway, when I woke up, I saw that I hadn't taken my Ritalin this morning. Forgot. Which helps explain why I didn't have the productive morning I was hoping and planning for.
