Oh man I haven't had a period this bad in literally years, ahahahaha *sob*
I used to get them pretty bad. Six days or so, heavy bleeding, at least two days of bad cramps, and some attendant gastro symptoms. Then I started using a combined pill and things got better. I went down a whole pad category. Then, due to reasons, I had to quit the pill because estrogen. That was a while ago and I was surprised at how non-awful it was.
I guess I celebrated too soon? Maybe my body recalibrated to the estrogen fluctuations, and this is gonna be the new normal (again). Or, if I'm very lucky, maybe this is an aberration. Stress-related, probably.
Anyway, I'm having a rough week.
