HVF = Humphrey visual field = machine to test field of vision.
OCT of macula = optical coherence topography.
"Electrophysiology" = EOG = electro oculography + color vision ("D-15" = Farnsworth-Munsell hue test).
Side note: my diagnosis section now cites Hashimoto's thyroiditis (and I'm taking something called Euthyrox).
General note: I am never seeking medical advice unless I explicitly say so.
