Bingos Are Hard, Y'all

trope_bingo talk behind the cut:
My first bingo is going to be far right vertical, because I already have coming of age and FWB written and half-edited. I have a good concept for college A/U (and a first line and title), I have canon bed-sharing, and drunkfic ought to be easy.
Transformations is written and posted, but I don't know if I can build a second bingo around it. Somehow, writing two college A/Us seems beyond me, which rules out the NE-SW diagonal I was going for. I could do a second line vertical, because I can write two rite of passage stories relatively easily, and I have ideas for the others.
However, that rules out using soulmates or doppelgangers for anything else, because I definitely can't do those more than once.
And as the colors indicate, most of the postage stamp options are blocked by one of three: a difficult trope, incompatibility (thank you, mundane A/U stuck right in the middle there) and overlapping with bingos. I'd really like to try a postage stamp. Combining tropes is much more inspiring to me because it creates a very clear plot in my mind.
Soulmates/doppelganger is a tricky duo. I can write them separately for a second bingo, or combine them in one of two postage stamps. I also want to use one of them for myfemslashex assignment, but I think the postage stamp versions might be too cracky to inflict on a total stranger. All my postage stamp ideas are super cracky.
Dilemmas.
Meanwhile I should get off my ass and work on the half-finished stories I already have.
