lea_hazelThis morning I was beset by feelings of ALL THE THINGS and then I just... oh god. The holidays are coming up. They are so early this year. And I am such a mess. I'm such a mess that I feel vaguely relieved when I hear about someone being more of a mess than I am. I hate being like that, it's dreadful.
IDK if everyone who subscribes to me knows this (I can never keep track of who knows what) but I am Jewish and "holidays" means the Hebrew new year, Yom Kippur and Sukkot, all within the space of one month in which no one gets anything done but cooking, eating and dishwashing. At least, that's how my family experiences it.
