How do I not have a panic attack about the possibility of failing a class because of a communication breakdown that has nothing to do with all the work I did for it or everything I learned?


The worst thing that could happen is that I won't have a degree.

Not having a degree does not make me an unperson.

Or unemployable.

One of my best friends had to leave with an unfinished degree.

If I panic, then the worst case scenario becomes considerably worse.

I do not want to toss my good health because of one stress incident.
