lea_hazelI had an unusually trying evening of pilates last night. I thought a long hot shower and an early night would do the trick, but this morning my back still hurt. So then I took another hot, hot shower and went grocery shopping. I was okay for much of the afternoon and then at about three or four I realized my back hurt again. I popped a pad in the microwave and took a long nap with it on my back. I woke up and my back. It fucking hurts. I'm at my wits' end. I'm thinking of crawling straight back to bed because I just can't focus on anything like this. And here I thought I'd get some schoolwork out of the way on my day off.
