I wanted that ending for my first PT, but then suddenly Loghain. I mean, I imagine it would be one hell of an awkward marriage, and Anora even points out that it's creepy how he's her dead husband's brother, and even looks somewhat like him. Plus the detestation that he harbors for her dad, who she adores despite everything, it bound to provide a snag. Even if he doesn't kill him himself. Plus they're just not that compatible. Alistair is in many ways like Cailan, and I can only imagine Anora fell for him when she was much younger and more dewy eyed.
At any rate it's a match bound to be horribly uncomfortable for her, without even much of a reprieve by way of having affairs. She'd be under ever so much more scrutiny than him, after all.
