Yesterday I did an hour of pilates, after years of no physical activity more intense that walking and climbing stairs. Hello, all my muscles. I know you're angry. I swear I meant to return your calls, I just... forgot? I can make it up to you!

Anyway I need to do a research proposal for my seminar and it is much harder than I anticipated. Possibly because I'm not sure where to start.
