OMG! WTF! Lightly toasted waffles!
Saturday, 6 November 2010 16:18OMG you guys I haven't posted (almost) all week! Life ate me. Then Thursday evening I crashed. Friday I was at the doctor's for my autumn allergies. Then I did absolutely nothing for most of the weekend and it was cleansing.
School! The biochem quiz wasn't as scary as I, um, feared. I think I did okay. Molecular biology went worse, I apparently need to go over the whole topography thing again. Wah. Lab was boring as shit, we didn't get to do the wet lab (which involves radioisotopes OMFG yeah) but instead we got an excel sheet of randomized results and got to make about 20 charts, and extract the linear regression, and use the slope to extrapolate shit. This was made even more exciting by having to work in pairs (for most) or in my case, a group of three. Fuck no.
Next comes the lab report, in addition to the three assignments a week I have to hand in, one of them also in pairs. D: I am not sure when I will go shopping, now that I've committed Monday afternoons to statistics. I have no fresh fruit in the house and that always leaves me cranky, even though I am otherwise well-stocked.
Whatever. It's only two days until Monday, and Monday nights are improved x100000 by new Lost Girl eps, and LG continues to be the squishy lovable fandom of my wildest unicorn dreams. The only way it could get more squishy is to have an actual unicorn, but of course the SFX budget cannot allow. Oh, and they also need to let Hale do more interesting things than being Dyson's wingman; quipping with Kenzi is delightful, but I want MOAR.
