Days of Sneeze
So, I developed a moderately horrid cold sometime Tuesday evening, made it through most of Wednesday feeling ever worse and eventually cut halfway through my last class because I was too sleepy and congested to pay attention. Integrals will get back at me, but then so will everything else in calculus. I was planning on going only to my first class on Thursday but ended up feeling too miserable even for that. I let myself be laid down all weekend.
Just now I opened my chemistry and physics assignments and grappled with the idea of grappling with them. Monday afternoon is designated chemistry day, so I looked at the physics and instead of despairing, I googled some stuff. I answered the first question correctly! Now, this is hardly crisis averted, but I'm feeling a little less like a hopeless loser. Granted, I won't have google at the test, but it's an improvement from working on the same question for three hours and assigning one wrong equation after another.
I am trying hard not to panic about how much work I have to do.
